a) Pilates Matwork Instructor – Fundamental Intensive Training Course

  • This course conduct in English or Mandarin  (Manual in English or Mandarin)

This Pilates Matwork Instructor Fundamental  Intensive Training Course will cover both theory and practical knowledge of Pilates Mat work Basic. This course is unique and focuses very much on anatomy to deeply understand the workings of the body and energy systems within the context of Pilates and bodywork. You will learn The Fundamental Physiology, Form & Principles, Breathing Method, Core Contraction, Trunk Stability, Major Muscle Group in the body. Understand the basic bio mechanics of trunk, spinal movement, ability to do the exercises with proper form and key alignment to mastering the mat.

a) 彼拉提斯教练~基础精华集约培训课程

  • 此教练培训课程将以华语或英语教学(讲义备有华语或英语) 

本院的彼拉彼拉提斯基础教练培训班课程包含理论,学说与学术知识。此教练培训课程著重于必需拥有的基础知识。让学者了解彼拉提斯记载与介绍。并教导学者如何专业式,安全式,有效的去领导和教导一堂彼拉提斯班。培训班课程包括:基本彼拉提斯动作,如何把彼拉提斯动作多样化, 如何使彼拉提斯动作流程顺畅,如何帮助学员掌握彼拉提斯动作,如何将彼拉提斯动作连接。课程内容也包含基本动作观点, 基本形式与构成, 基本生物机械学, 确定性术语, 教学技巧, 人体基本解剥学,预防受伤准则,课堂结构,篇排课程,职业道德。

b) Fitness Instructor – Fundamental Intensive Training Course

  • This course conduct in English or Mandarin  (Manual in English or Mandarin)

This course or workshop have no pre-requisite, this course or workshop provides a comprehensive knowledge base and hands on in exercise science which is the foundation to the different areas of fitness trainer. The course/ workshop come with both 40% theory and 60% hands on; students will learn the principles of Basic Human Anatomy, Exercise Physiology,    Basic Exercise Principles , Basic Back Care & Prevent Injury,  Special Population & Health Screening, Basic Nutrition & Weight Management , Warm Up & Cool Down, The Exercise Techniques, The Resistance Training Program and Professional Ethics and fundamental to a safe and effective fitness programming.

b) 健身教练 ~ 基础精华集约培训课程

热爱健身又想更深入了解健身运动基本准则与系统 ?想了解身体肌肉与肌郡的构造,学习如何正确地进行健身运动,增加健身运动郊果,减少健身运动受伤率 !此健身运动基础教练培训课程将传授正确的健身方针,激发学者对健身运动的正确理念,运动生理学,從中受益和提高健康与生活素质。此课程包含:人体解剥学基本知识, 运动生理学,基本运动训练准则,, 基本预防运动受伤准则, 特殊人群基本练习指引,基本营养与体重管理,热身/降温/缓和伸展,运动技术,阻力训练计划,职业道德。让您深入了解肌肉与肌群的构造系统和动作,基本健身运动流程,如何强化肌肉,肌群,韧带和柔 软性。

Veron Fitness is the Selected Fitness Services Provider by Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club Nusa Jaya which Located at  No. 1, Jalan Eka, Horizon Hills, 79100 Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysiaprovided group classes (Yoga & Pilates) and Personal Training for their community at HHGCC Studio & Gym since year 2009.

自2009年Veron Fitness 就已授权于 Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club 为指定的健身顾问并在该俱乐部以下的地点提供私人教练或个人训练瑜珈彼拉帝斯课程 给该会的会员们。地点座落在 1, Jalan Eka, Horizon Hills, 79100 Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysia

(a) Personal Training & Private Class(by appointment)

You definitely need a personal trainer if you are not seeing result! Bored with the same workout routine! Need supervision, support & motivation!

HHGCC Member Only:

  • 5 Sessions: RM650
  • 10 Sessions: RM1,200
  •  If only 1 session : RM140

* All above payment subjected to 6% government tax.

(a) 私人教练/个人培训(需预约)

如果你常运动却没有看到效果!为日常相同的锻炼而感到无聊!需要监督,支持和动力!你肯定需要一位个私人教练!

仅限HHGCC会员:

  • 5个课程:RM650
  • 10个课程:RM1,200
  • 若只是一个课程:RM140

* 以上所有的支付需另缴6%的政府税。

b) Yoga Class on every Thursday 7.30pm-8.30pm

This is a class that integrates the mind & body, develops muscle strength, increase metabolism & blood circulation, improves flexibility, promotes, relaxation, Encourages concentration & calms the mind to release stress.

HHGCC Member:

  • Registration Fees: RM30
  • 4 classes per month : RM55
  •  Valid for 5 weeks

NON HHGCC Member:

  • Registration Fees: RM30
  • 4 classes per month  : RM60
  • Valid for 5 weeks

* All above payment subjected to 6% government tax.

(b) 瑜珈课: 每逢星期四晚上7:30pm~8:30pm (1小时)

这是课程能结合心灵和身体,帮助发展肌肉力量,增强新陈代谢和血液循环,提高灵活性,,释放压力。

HHGCC会员:

  •  报名费:RM30
  • 每月4堂课:RM55
  • 有效期为5周

非HHGCC会员:

  • 报名费:RM30
  • 每月4堂课:RM60
  • 有效期为5周

*以上所有的支付需另缴6%的政府税。

General Terms & Conditions  * NO CLASS & P.T SCHEDULE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY

Payment to be made at HHGCC Sports Counter. No Refund or transferred after payment had made. Proper Sports Attired. Please bring own yoga mat for the class. No heavy meal 2-4 hours BEFORE class or personal training session. To avoid injury, do not force the body beyond its capacity. During menstruations it is not advisable to follow the YOGALATES session. Do not attend class or personal training session in the 11th, 12th, 13th weeks of pregnancy. Participants must ensure their in good health condition when they are attending the above said class or personal training session. Participants must stop exercise immediately if feeling giddy, nauseating or breathless during the class or personal training session and inform the duty trainer. The management of Veron Fitness as a Fitness Service Provider reserves the right to change the class schedule or duty instructor without prior notice.  The Management of Veron Fitness as a fitness service provider at HHGCC,  duty Trainer or instructor SHALL NOT responsible for any injuries or death during or after the classes or PT.

请到HHGCC体育柜台付款。报名支付费用后切勿退款或转移。请穿适当的运动装。请携带自己的瑜伽垫。切勿课程进行前的2-4小吃太饱。为避免受伤,请不要强迫身体超出其能力。月经期间不建议上随瑜伽课程。若怀孕周期已在第11星期请勿上以上任何课程。学员必须确保本生处于良好的健康状况,若在以上的训练感到头晕,恶心或喘不过气来请必须停止锻炼,请立即通知教练。Veron Fitness(作为健身服务提供顾问)和Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club 管理层概不负责学员在受训时的任何财务损失,以及受训时,受训后的受伤或死亡事件。同时有权保留或更改以上课时间或教练(或恕不另行通知)。
